1Acceptance of Terms

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 99abb are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 99abb does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose their own charges — please check with your bank or mobile wallet provider.

5Betting Rules

For virtual sports, all outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Virtual events cannot be influenced by external factors, and results are final once the simulation concludes. No appeal mechanism exists for virtual sports outcomes.

6Bonuses and Promotions

99abb offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. The general rules below apply to all 99abb bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be transferred to the withdrawable balance. The standard wagering requirement is displayed on each promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time limit. Uncompleted bonus wagering will expire and the associated bonus funds will be removed from the account.

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any programme designed to place bets without direct human interaction.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds — including but not limited to placing bets on known erroneous prices and refusing Cash Out.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinated betting across multiple accounts to guarantee profits regardless of outcome.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any involvement in or knowledge of pre-determined sports outcomes.
• Providing false identity information or submitting fraudulent documents during verification.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool intended to disguise your actual location.
• Conducting transactions that may constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

99abb monitors all account activity for patterns consistent with the above and cooperates with regulatory bodies and law enforcement when required. Players found to be in breach of this section will have their accounts closed and all funds held pending investigation. No appeal will be considered where clear evidence of fraudulent conduct exists.

8Account Suspension and Closure

99abb reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for suspension include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the player's own request.

• Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified by email within 24 hours. Funds in the account will be held during the investigation period.
• Where a breach of Terms is confirmed, 99abb may forfeit all funds in the account, including real-money balances and pending winnings, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
• Players who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting 99abb support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Any eligible balance will be withdrawn to the registered payment method before closure.
